EXTERNAL WALLS

- External Wall Height: 3000 mm.

- Internal Wall Height: 2360 mm.

- External Wall Panel: The thickness of the wall is 70 mm. 8 mm thick siding board is used for the outer surface, 8

mm thick fiberboard is used for the inner surface. 40 mm expanded polystyrene foam is used as insulation.

INTERNAL WALLS

- Internal Wall Height: 2360 mm.

- Interrnal Wall Panel: The thickness of the wall is 60 mm. 8 mm thick fiber board is used for the both surface. 40

mm expanded polystyrene foam is used as insulation.

FLOOR COVERING

- Construction: Construction comprised of horizontal profiles.

- Covering: Vinyl Tile (300x300x0.16 cm foil covered) as floor covering on the 16 mm thick cement chipboard. In

the wet volumes PVC is used.

CEILING COVERING

- Covering: Fiberboard panelling.

ROOF

- Roof Construction: Special shaped outer frame, bearing box profiles (Rain water will be discharged by four

corner columns of the cabin).

- Covering: 27 mm depth, 0.55 mm thick galvanized trapezoidal sectioned unpainted steel sheets.

- Insulation: 80 mm mattress glass wool.

DOOR JOINERIES

- External Door: Alumınıum.

- Special formed door frames with rubber gasket.

- Internal Doors (1,2 mm galvanized steel sheet framed) : 840/1960 mm American style door.

- Wet Volume Doors (1,2 mm thick galvanized steel sheet framed ) : 620x1960 mm mdf-slide.

- Door Lock and Handle: The external door have a cylindirical lock, the internal doors have encased locks with

grey coloured metal door handles.

WINDOW JOINERIES

- Window (1,2 mm thick galvanized steel sheet framed): 945/1205 mm PVC with PVC handles.

GLASS

- Single Glass: 4 mm.

PAINT

- Outer facade, outer corners, external door and window frames: Painted with 1 layer rapid primer + 1 layer semisynthetic

oily based paint. The fiber board parts will be painted with emulsion based exterior paint.

ELECTRICITY and PHONE INSTALLATION

- Except the roof, the installation will be done over the plaster.

- Lighting Armatures: Appropriate number will be supplied in accordance with the plan.

- Electrical Sockets, switch: Appropriate number will be supplied in accordance with the plan.

- Fuses and fuses boxes: Appropriate number will be supplied in accordance with the plan.

- Phone sockets: Appropriate number will be supplied in accordance with the plan.

SANITARY INSTALLATION

The armatures are not installed. The installation is under the responsibility of the buyer.

Equipments:

- Wash hand basin: 37x45 cm Wall type.

- Lavatory and shower taps: Taps are wall mounted in cold water installation lavatories and taps have outlets from

lavatories in hot water installation lavatories.

- Water Closet: Western style water closet with WC taps. Plastic flushing cistern.

- Shower Tray: 80x80 cm.

- Kitchen Sink: Chromium-plated 50/100 cm double, lower kitchen sink. No cupboard above the sink.

- Accessories: PVC mirror, closet lid.

- Pipes: For clean water: PPRC, for waste water: PVC
